Ran the first part as a continous tempo.
617, 613, 612, 613, 613 and 605
Made the mistake of running through the train expo in Old Sac. Thought they would leave an access point to the bike path.. nope.. had to turn around and run back through the people, dodge a barricade and get back into my tempo run. It all worked out I guess.
