At the loop.. 1.5 w/u followed by strides... then

400 - 73

800 - 2:43 (529 pace)

400 - 80

800 - 2:42 (532 pace)

400 - 82

800 - 2:47 (541 pace)

Rest after the 400s was a 200m jog, 68,92 and 85 seconds. After the 800s was a 400m jog, 2:25 and 2:18.

Not the best workout.. but actually feeling good after a poor workout. My legs are not destroyed and Im sure I can run again on Thursday. One thing I did notice is that I have no break out speed in the last 200m. In 2011, I was cutting down my intervals and this didnt happen today.
