Goal: 5 or 6 sets of.. 2 min on / 1 min off, 1 min on / 1 min off, 30s on / 30s off @ 5k pace
Actual: 5 sets ranging from 520 pace down to 5-flat pace. The watch almost makes this more confusing b/c it doesnt read short intervals very well.
Second reflection: Ran this way to hard. Half the time was on the boarder of swimming and comfortably hard. When I lost focus, all hell broke loose.
