Tried to tone it down b/c of the SF Half this weekend:
1 Mile: 622
800: 242 (526 pace)
1 Mile: 605
800: 235 (513 pace)
*Rest looks like it was a 400m jog in 309, 355 and 350.
It was good to get the legs moving. But, wasnt really a difficult wo by any means. I should feel good for this weekend. My legs are feeling much better and ready to race.
