Goal: 10-12 x 400m @ mile pace (75s) w/ 400m jog rest
Actual: 10 x 400m @ 75-76s w/ 400m jog rest
The first one in 79s, the last one in 77s. The middle was good, 75-76s. Always amazed at how much harder it is to do these workouts solo and early in the morning. At the very end some random guy with a dog told me I was running really fast. I could hardly catch my breath.
