2x200 @mile with 60 second rest, 4x1200 @T-10k w/ 90 sec rest, 2x400 @mile with equal rest. It felt hot for some reason, even though it technically wasn't. I just felt sapped and my breathing didn't really feel right, like I wasn't that in control. Annoying, but ig I was still running faster than the paces coach gave me. Sent it on the last 400 a bit because I was annoyed at having gone slower on the first one. We'll get em' next time.
