8x 3:00 min pickups with 90 second rest. This was my first workout in awhile and it really showed. I felt better than I thought at first but around halfway I felt myself to begin to get more tired. I finished it off ok, though, and I think I held consistent pace-wise. It was good to get out there despite the difficulty. Kudos to Nate for being a good running partner, as well as Dannie.
