Short workout. I felt a little weird and not optimal, but it could be because I didn't get to go to the bathroom before and had a somewhat full stomach. The leg pain the warmup didn't show up though, but I will be sure to roll out tonight. The workout was a 1200, 800, and then a 600 fly. It was A3 and meant to be a mini tempo workout. The actual running wasn't that bad, but on the 600 I went with Jeremy and didn't pace it well, so I died at the end a bit. I got into the zone where my hammies cramped and my breathing got super shallow. Overall good time.
