Workout done around kac, very very tough. It was a faster workout, so I wasn't used to it. It was what I need, though. With Jason. 2x200 @mile w/ 45 sec rep rest 90 set rest, 2x800 @5k w/ 75 sec set rest and 2:30 rep rest, then 1x400 @mile w/ 90 sec rest, then 2x600 @3k with 75 sec set rest and 2 min rep rest, finished with 1x400 @mile. I got my butt handed to me on this workout in part because it was faster and because I haven't slept much. Got it done though, with only a few slip ups. The first 800 was fast accidently, somehow we ran the first 400 in slow because we slowed down too much after going through the 200 fast. Also I really effed up the 600 because, as we were closing in on the 400m cone, we got behind some people and I thought we slowed down, so I looked at my watch and thought I saw an 86 and so I sped up, but it was actually a 76 lol. We ended up running like 10 seconds faster haha. That threw me off so much that I couldn't do a third 600. Def my b.
