A3 1800,1200,1800, 600 fly workout with the boys, with 30 secs rest in between and 1 minute before the fly. Honestly, felt pretty good and I could have pushed harder. Splits are above, I only really felt anaerobic during the last part of the 1800. I really strategized during the 600, and held on for the first 400 m, and then gunned it the last 200. It felt good to run it like that.
