Notes
Another cold and dreary day so I had to 'mill it. I decided to take it a little quicker, but a little quicker morphed into quite a bit quicker. Once again the watch was wrong, but not as wrong as before. I started out about at the pace listed, but then started going down to 6:40ish for the next twoish, and then pushing to 6:20ish at the end. Felt pretty decent for like 60% of the run but was definitely pushing toward the end. I need to stop running at the gym.
