Notes
I went way later than normal because I got stuck at a doctor's appointment. It was wack. It was really nice out though because that tropical storm Laura is coming through so it was rainy and cloudy. I almost didn't go but decided to because it felt so nice out. My breathing felt really good and my legs weren't that tired. I think my pace was off though, because I felt like I was going faster than what it says.
