Ran later because I was zoning with Dean. It was nice because I could run in shorts and a shirt but it was still chilly enough that I wasn't hot. Felt ok at first, and then the stomach/breathing got to me a bit but I tried to keep it under control. Last mile was only fast again because of downhill and short stop at the end. I'm gonna try and go for a 25 mile week (or the equivalent) and then move to 30, maybe hover there for a week and then 35. I want to get to 40 by the end or middle of February. I miss mileage, but I can't wait to run in the 'bier.
