Workout. 800m @T, 45 sec rest, 3x(4x400 @5k) w/ 45 sec rep rest, and at the end of every set after 45 sec go into 3 min or 800m @T. It was a cold one, like 55ish degrees and overcast, so perfect weather. I felt strong and good. I'm happy with the effort and happy that I did three of them. Ran with Dean and he was going fast lol so he moved up a group. I caught up to that group on their last 800 which was funny though.
