2x(1600 @T, 800 @10k, 2x400 @5k) with 60 sec rep rest and 3 min set rest. Went with Emma. Felt pretty good, focused on staying controlled in effort. Breathing was a bit difficult but I kept it pretty solid. We were fast on every rep, but on the second one we were faster. I would have done a third but sent we were going harder on the second I decided only to do 2. Happy with the workout.
