2x400 @mile with 60 sec rep rest and 2 min set rest, then 4xmile @tempo with 90 sec rep rest. Was supposed to do 2 more 400s the same after but I was too tired. Felt really awful on this one, I don't really know why. It may have been the heat, I did feel it. At first it would be like I was having trouble breathing, then I would go into the woods and I would just feel tired. Idk, just felt awful and uncontrolled. I wish I did the other 2 400s even if it sucked. Ig I ran under pace for all of them, but it still sucked. Accidently did a little false start on the last one and just had to start it over again because it just felt too bad. Hopefully I can rest up and eat better and then feel better.
