This is the best I have felt in awhile. I started off and my calves were not really tight at all, although the lower portion of my left calf got tight toward the end so I had to stretch it out like two times. I only really stopped to go to the bathroom at 3 miles and then 2 times within the last like 2.5 miles to stretch that left calf/achilles tendon. It was like 55 degrees and a little drizzly so it was great. I am glad I felt good, although I don't know why now. It could be because I started drinking chocolate milk again, but who knows.
