Ran by myself, it was really rough. It was a humid day and the pollen was out. I had a lot of trouble breathing and with calf tightness. I had to stop a bit before 2 miles to stretch for awhile, and then close to 5 to use the bathroom, a bit more than 11 to tie my shoes quickly, and with like .4 left because I was vomiting a little because of my dry throat. The calf tightness lessened after I went to the bathroom, but the fatigue set in, even though I had a gu. Not really sure why I feel so bad, but whatever.
