Literally the worst workout of my entire life. I started off and about 7 minutes in I felt like I couldn't breath and had to stop. I tried to keep going and made it to the end of the first rep, but on the next rep I had to stop around 6 times and felt horrible. Then the next rep I didn't have to stop but it was still horrible and I couldn't breath. On the second to last rep I only stopped like 2 times but it was still terrible. I didn't stop the last rep. Basically, the entire workout I felt like I couldn't breath and that all of my limbs were exhausted. I don't know why this happened. I am pissed off and annoyed. It may be the shoes, but my calves weren't really cramping or anything. This workout ruined my day.
