This run was still bad. It was ok for about a mile and a half but then my calves started getting tight so I just decided to do five miles. But, I think I have identified the source of the trouble--a potassium deficiency. I looked up the symptoms at dinner and they match odd things that were happening to me. I should have connected them sooner, but I hope that taking supplements fixes things.
