4x400 at 5:35 pace. I kept it pretty on pace, felt decent despite just having done the mile repeats. I think with this and the repeats I can say I am getting back into shape, although I am still nowhere near where I was last season, or even freshman year. It'll be difficult to train hard alone and in the winter, especially for longer mileage, but I guess that's what I have to do.
