1k @10k, 2x(2x600 @5k, 400 @3k) 45 rep rest, 2:30 set rest, 1k @10k, 400 @mi. A really hard workout, I didn't really have the energy at first but I got it done. Just didn't get a good enough dinner with seminar last night so I had to have Dominos. Def not something I want to do again. Also I def still have the crud or at least the after effects of it so my breathing just wasn't great. If I was feeling a bit better I would have done the third set. Went too fast on the 400's lol, also. Also the last 400 was too fast, but I was getting pushed along by Ben. Same with the other reps in that there were faster guys running right by me and so I kinda got pulled along. It's fine, though.
