Weird workout. 10 min @M followed by 5 min @T, then 3 min rest into 6x300 alternating 5k,3k,mile pace. For the marathon pace I was fast for the first mile then cooled down a bit, and I think I hit the 5 min just about right around 6:30. I think the lift effed my legs up a bit because I did noooot feel very great in the legs. The 600s were also effed. Went inside because idk I thought it would be better. First problem was that I was basically still in my outside gear so I got really hot and uncomfortable which was just annoying. Legs still also just felt busted. Second was that we were running in the 6th lane and I could not figure out how to pace the 300s right because of everything going on around me with all the people. I guess that I haven't really done a workout on a 200m track so it was a shock. So I ran everything basically fast, especially the 5k ones. The 3k and mile splits I hit mostly on the mark but it did not feel great. Hopefully I feel better by race time.
