Notes
I woke up way later than normal because I didn't want to get out of bed, so it was really hot when I ran. It definitely beat me up while I was running but I didn't have to stop or anything. Overall, I think my legs felt pretty decent, although the left side of my left calf was tight when I finished which was weird, so I rolled that out to be sure. I'm hoping to increase my mileage, and maybe add in a couple two-a-days or something. I will have to think about it though.
