4x200 at 5:15 pace but I went a little too fast. I tried to focus more on my form and getting my knees higher and running from them and not just from the calves. I felt a bit better on these than on the 800's. Still had kids running everywhere and an annoying ass walker walking in the first lane whom I passed multiple times, like, get a clue dude.
