I was barely able to run because the instant I started running the spot below my left knee sharply hurt. I went back in and iced my leg for awhile and I was able to go out and run on it. It still hurt and my calves still got tight but I was able to do it. Maybe that was a bad idea but idk. I'm just pissed that this is happening, it really sucks.
