Notes
Fartlek workout 3x4x5x4x3 with half split rest in between. I didn't feel very amazing at first but it slowly got better. I still haven't been sleeping as much and I think I need to slow my recovery runs down a little bit, but I probably won't. It was a really beautiful day out, the air was crisp and sharp, a slight bite to it. The sun was shining and the sky was clear and blue. I love blue skies like that. My breathing wasn't amazing and my legs felt a little tired, but that got better. I will have to take tomorrow slow. Ah, and I almost forgot to mention the ever-present choruses of "he's naked" as I ran past the school. Love it.
