Interval workout. 8x400 at A1, 8x400 at A2, and then 4x400 at A4. The A1's were at 5k race pace and the A2's were supposed to be about 2 seconds faster, and then the last set were supposed to be flys. We took the first set about right, around 86 or 87's. The second set we did way faster than on pace, we averaged probably around 81's. The last set were super hard but I think I did ok, probably around 69's. Those really hurt, and I swear I could feel my form falling apart at the end. I also felt my calves like the enter time.
