10k workout. 3k,2k,1k,3k,1k. It was pretty cold out there and we were dogging it. I didn't actually feel that bad though. We were faster for the 3k and the 2k, but we started to try and rein it in. That didn't work too well though. I went shirtless at one point and it was wild.
