Long run by myself. I went earlier to try and get ahead of the curve in terms of work. It was a pristine day out but I felt pretty bad and was having trouble breathing and also I was tired. But around halfway, on the downhill, I started feeling a bit better and like I could push it. I am glad I did because otherwise I would have felt like shit about the run. It got pretty hot around halfway too.
