Late upload. 2x2400 @ marathon pace (7:20) with 2 bursts of tempo pace at 800 and 1600m. The workout itself was easy but I decided to do 2 reps instead of 3 because I didn't want to tire myself out before the race (which now I might not do) Ran with Jena, I think I wasn't a good pacer for her (Sorry!). Could have gone faster if it weren't for the race and the foot though, 6:50s would have probably been it.
