Notes

4x(6x200) at mile pace with 30 second rest and 3 minute set rest. It was a decently hard workout, as around halfway I started feeling it a little bit, but I don't think it got really hard until the last half of the last set. Overall, I think I felt ok. I went for it on the last one which was nice.
