Notes

Chill recovery run. I started out with the boys but they did Ridge 7 and I continued onto Ridge 10. I started feeling less sore and it was downhill so I started going a little quicker. I was going to go 12 but I thought that the extra hills that would entail would not be that great for me, and so I decided to take it easy.
