6x2 min @T, 1 min down; 4x1min @5k, 1 min down. Felt pretty good, aerobically not as bad as yesterday because it was cooler, and getting down to the paces was not as bad as I thought it would be. My knee def was pinging me a bit, but not too bad. It did hurt somewhat after, more than lately, because I tried not taking aleve to see what it would feel like. Ig I still have to but idk if that is something that should be worrying me or not.
