20 minute threshold run. Started out pretty oof and my calves and hammies got pretty tight but I felt better as the run went on. I think the first mile may have been a little fast, because Steven got 6:09. My legs started feeling better after about two miles when I started focusing on my form, but I am definitely annoyed that I dropped the pace off like that, I know I can do better. I also have slept like 5hrs 20 mins in the last two nights so that prob also explains it.
