6x1k with 200m jog as rest @ T. Went with Steven. I felt really bad at first and thought I was going to stop at 5 because I just felt exhausted, but gradually got back into the feel of it and I honestly should have done the full 7 reps. We weren't going fast but it felt good to do a workout for once.
