An ok run that started off with a friend and then at the halfway point for me, he continued onward. He was going a little faster than I wanted, as my legs were a little goosed from the workout, but it ended up ok. I may have to run like a mile tomorrow because I am finding that my Saturday runs are horrible due to calf tightness.
