Workout by myself. Consisted of 2x(800-400-800-400), with the 800's at 10k pace (but like definitely faster, same with 400's) and 400's at 3k. 45 sec rest between reps and 2:30 between sets. I could have done a third but it was so cold and windy I didn't feel like it. I was also alone so that sucked. It wasn't a particularly hard workout but it was so cold that I was tight and we had to wear masks so that made it much harder and it was hard to pace also. I could have hit the reps faster than I did too but I messed it up because I couldn't really see my watch and the wind on the back 200 was annoying. Overall I felt good though, especially on the last 400 I tried to really kick it in and see what I could do. Not the fastest but I'm getting there again.
