I started out and actually felt good; my legs felt light and I could breathe well. Then around three fourths of a mile it fully went to crap and I felt absolutely terrible the rest of the run. My left leg was still painfully tight at times, especially going up hills. The rest of the time I was reduced to what felt like a trot. Big suck. Although I have made a possible connection between calf tightness and the fact that my shoes are ready to be replaced.
