Workout. Supposed to be like 4-6x1200 @10k with 75 sec rest and then like 2x200 @mile. I did two and the heat got to me and it was way too hard, although I partially wish I had tried to at least do 4. I felt terrible, but not as bad as yesterday. Coach told me to break it up and see if that helped and then to just cut it. Lots of disappointment and bad feelings, even though I tried to stay optimistic. Hopefully I can do the workout Thursday. It seems like it is the aerobic stuff that is harder than the speed stuff, because that wasn't nearly as bad. Also it sucks because I just don't know why it is happening, and I can't seem to find anything either.
