6x1k @T-10k w/ 1:45 rest in between. Flanked before and after by 6x30m hills. Was a pretty dang hot and sunny day out. Wind helped and hurt at different moments. Felt sore from the lift but better in the warm up. Started out the workout going by feel and under the pace. At first my body felt really good but what was holding me back was my chest. Like my heart was just working really hard and hurting a bit, kinda like acid reflux but idk exactly. Lungs, specifically in the center of my chest, also didn't feel great. Annoyed with that because I know I can do better. My (apparently) unnaturally short endurance def caught up to me in the workout though, but I think the heat caused it. Like a wall, but not a super solid one. Weird. Happy that I got out there and pushed it though. I was toast after, though. Hills were hard.
