Ran on the 'mill because it was supposed to thunderstorm(it didn't though...) I had to wear a mask which sucked. I felt like shit pretty quickly and literally couldn't handle more than like 8 minute pace without it getting bad. It was awful. I got so hot and sweaty and the mask became absolutely nasty. My calves untightened for a bit but then I just felt super tired and whenever I tried to push the pace more I just got more tired. Whatever. I hate running right now.
