Easy 4 miles after breakfast before the meet. Felt good on the run, I purposely ran shorter, because of a down week. Ran 4x20 sec pick ups for striders today. I had to stand all day working the meet today at SJU, which kinda stunk for recovery, especially for my feet and inflammation argh.
