Ran this on treadmill at LA fitness. Not good for strides. Did 10 min up, 5x400 on, 800 off instead. 400s were 5:27 pace, 800s 8:30ish. Felt relaxed. Treadmill is boring but oh well. Good mental practice. I think I could get away with 200s next time
