Notes

Just shook out the legs. Felt burnt out and then was sick all weekend. Need to make sure I’m taking it easy. Hard training never got me anywhere. Let’s take it easy and train consistently. That will lead to something. I know plenty of people much faster than me that run 8-9 min pace on easy days. So, idk why I always feel the need to push.
