Notes
Probably a little over 8 with Tyler, Joey, Zach Miller, and Spencer Davis. It was nice to see those guys again, and nice to meet Spencer although I think I must have met him once before... Maybe with Joey or Kyle? It was a nice run, we were cruising a bit but I just latched on and felt fine. Zach and Joey made me feel slow on strides, but I guess I can't feel too bad considering they're not running nearly as much as me. My forefeet are still a little iffy... Need to keep it slow and on soft surfaces for the rest of the week
