3x5min @ 8k pace w/ 5 min recovery. Ran just under 5:30 pace for the first two working on what I wanna run for my first few miles in lacrosse, and then the last one I dipped under 5:20 pace, just to see if I could comfortably. I don't think Tim wanted this workout to be too hard, so I was conservative and hung back in the pack
