5x800 @ I w/ 400 rest and 3x200 @R w/ 200 rest. 2:36, 2:37, 2:36, 2:35, 2:32, 34, 35, 32. Felt really good! Pumped for Tuesday's race.. Gotta be aggressive and push really hard right after the first mile. Gonna do some foam rolling tonight as well!
