Notes

6 minutes of ND followed by 15 minutes or so of: one legged squats, one legged straight leg deadlifts, squats, one legged bridge on bench, and one legged calf raises. Just did a one set of each workout for ND and the weights. Stretched for 5-10 minutes after. Did some sock pick ups in my room later!
