Significant fall attempting to do big tree jump obstical. Fairly bad contusion. Maybe even visible bruising. Och! It took about 5 minutes to recover the equilibrium. The remainder of the run was difficult and was basically just a matter of finishing the distance.
Right leg (quad contusion) just below the hip (about 6 inches). All other injuries appear superficial.
